Say cheese! And here is a 3D snap of yours! Yes now you can click for 3 dimensional photos with a special camera. What is so special about it?
3 lenses to capture the frame. It is indeed an unbelievable experience to have stereo pictures of our kith and kins instantly. This imaging gadget is named as 120 Tri-lens Stereo Camera and comes with high resolution.
This easy to use tri lens stereo camera has the following technical specifications
- Camera Type: Medium Format Tri-lens Stereo Camera (Reflex Viewing Lens)
- Lenses: Anti-reflection coated glass optics, seven elements in six groups. f/2.8, 80mm focal length
- Lens separation: 63.5mm
- Focusing: manual adjustment, 0.8 m – infinity
- Shutter type: metal focal plane shutter
- Aperture: F2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16, 22 and six half stops

- Light Metering: consists of two of SPD’s (silicon photo diodes) for light measurement; aperture and shutter speeds are matched according to the LED display.

- Film advance: Lever provided; 16° standoff angle and 128° winding angle, aligning film numbers through window on camera back

- Power source: Two 1.55V silver-oxide batteries.
- Film: One roll of 120reversal film for a pair of 58mm x 56mm stereo images. 6 pairs per roll.

- Weight: 1960g or 69oz (camera body only)
The only bad part is that it is not a digital camera. You have to do the processing of the film to get a hard print.

Why does it have 3lenses? For stereo, I think you only need 2. Then why the 3rd?

I’m sorry I could not find any use of the same on the product page. Even wiki has got nothing to say about 3 lenses for clicking 3D pictures.

3 lens = 3D
Why 3 lenses: You could probably get better vertical stereoscopy thanks to the upper lens.
But why in the world would someone develop a product like this and make it for film rather than digital??
