It could be something like the glowing rug. They are very soft mats that glow when pressure is sensed. Isnt it perfect partner for the late night looers? The inventors suppose that it will find diverse use in providing ambient mood lighting or flash in time for music to colour a party.
These mats are named as Footlume by the developers Leona Dean and Zoe Robson of London South Bank University. They are all set to showcase the glowing rug at the Daily Mail Ideal Home Show in London this month.
