Second Life is a 3-D virtual world entirely created by its Residents. Since opening to the public in 2003, it has grown explosively and today is inhabited by millions of Residents from around the globe.
They say that the power of brain waves can be extended to Internet virtual world to help the paralysed patients to get back to social life. As per the brain wave powered technology, a virtual world avatar can be moved by a person fitted with a head gear utilising the imagination power.
This is going to be a technological breakthrough to the field of medical science.
