Replug is a breakaway audio connector to save your hardware and headphone plug from turbulent daily use. It works on a magnetic technology adapted from Apple’s Magsafe for power supply cables.

Replug Jack Connector

If you forget for a while that you are sitting with headphones on, and a quick move gets your audio device down. The force on jack can break the wire and it’s tough to get repaired. Replug can save you from such a disaster.

Simply plug your headphone into Replug adaptor. Replug attaches well to standard 3.5 mm audio jack with the magnetic technology. Once the connection is made you can enjoy the audio with out any loss in quality.

Now if you make a sudden move, the magnetic connection simply breaks and saves your hardware. Reattach the plug to tip and you are ready to go again.

Replug audio adapter works on iPods, laptops, Portable Media Players, stereos or any device which has 3.5 mm audio jack.

Replug has of course moved out of the conceptual phase and will be launched any time. Final word on price is not yet released though.
