Sharp claims that the newly developed LCD screen display has the highest contrast ratio [2000:1] in the whole industry.
The 2.2 inch LCD display [QVGA] has a wide diagonal viewing angle and comes up to 176 degrees which is the highest among top class displays. The terrific LCD screen has a resolution of 240 x 320 and a response time of just 8ms. The new Sharp LCD screen is very thin that it is best suited for mobile equipments including mobile phones, digital cameras and digital photo viewers.
Sharp has succeeded in developing such a thin LCD screen by fusing high resolution liquid crystal display systems with high quality display technology, cultivated through the development of AQUOS LCD tvs.
